Returns & Refunds
All sales are FINAL. We cannot CANCEL an order once it has been placed. If for any reason your package is not as described, Please  contact Customer Support via our CONTACT US FORM within 3 days from order delivery to report an issue and submit photos for review. Please contact Customer Support if you are experiencing any issues regarding your package. Our CONTACT US FORM is located under the POLICY page on our website.
 

 
Tracking & Shipping Policy 
When placing an order online you will receive an AUTOMATIC order number #00000. 
Tracking numbers will be provided within 7-10 Business Days after automatic order confirmation. Most packages are sent through USPS. Packages normally deliver within 7-15 Business Days after the tracking information has been sent. On Time Delivery is between 2-4 weeks after ordering. Business days do not include weekends.
Online Orders with standard shipping can expect their packages to successfully deliver within 2 - 4 weeks of ordering.

Was your package Lost or Stolen ?
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and then send us an email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
